As a Telesales person you will be responsible for finding and creating new leads via telephone calls for the Sales team to attend appointments. Other responsibilities include:
- Conduct telephone call to potential clients and promote our products and services.
- Make appointment with potential clients via phone calls and email.
- Work closely with Sales Executive and Sales Manager
- Business Directory, Internet and printed media (newspaper) search and gathering potential clients list.
- Achieving sales pipeline and appointment targets set each month by Sales Management.
- To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting prospective customers.
- Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Management.
- Attractive, honest and fast learner
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree.
- Possess good communication/ interpersonal/ patient/ customer services skills.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience as B2B Telesales, experience in Business Solution or System Integrators will be an advantage.
